Hypnosis

Hypnosis is a safe and natural state, very similar to that experienced during meditation or yoga.

· Everyone goes into hypnosis naturally several times a day. 

· You go through the hypnotic state to go to sleep and to wake up. 

· You have been in hypnosis when you have driven a car but can't remember part of the journey.

· You are in hypnosis when you are reading a good book and you don't hear what's going on around you. 

Hypnosis is simply a relaxed and focussed state in which a person becomes more aware, more open to suggestion and more likely to address issues openly and honestly.

On it's own, hypnosis simply achieves a feeling of relaxation.
