Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is simply ‘therapy in hypnosis’

It can be seen as a form of counselling or life coaching

Benefits tend to be seen quicker than traditional therapies

Hypnotherapy accesses the subconscious mind, enabling you to identify areas of conflict, release emotions & accept ideas for change

A complementary therapy working alongside modern medicine

Suggestion Therapy encourages change by giving positive suggestions to the subconscious.  It works well if you want to stop unwanted habits or if you want to improve something such as self confidence, self-esteem, and performance, for example during speeches, exams and interviews.

Analytical Therapy is more appropriate for problems that have their roots in anxiety.  It works by visiting past memories and removing the related anxiety.  It works well for irrational fears and phobias, stress, anxiety and panic, illness and pain, emotional, social and relationship problems.

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) incorporates techniques such as modelling (following behaviours and beliefs of those who have achieved excellence) to alter the perception and behaviour of an individual.

Emotional Freedom Therapy (EFT) involves tapping fingers on specific acupressure points whilst focussing on negative emotion.  This balances the mind and body, removing the negative affects of the emotion.
